Very very poor they changed customer bookings from one category to another catagory without informing to customer too worst don't stay here

No proper service by staff no tv and land line connection in luxury room after asking only they have given connection for tv and for landline they don’t even care if you buy food from outside and ask for plates to the hotel staff they won’t give any plates simply they say we don’t have anything

Sir there is no separate connection for tv and land line, one u switch on the tv it works, landline automatically works the connection is in built, tho sorry if there is any inconvenience happened for u sir. As we have resturant in our hotel, out side food is not allowed.

very bad maintenance

I have stayed in this hotel for two days. I regret that I have chosen this hotel.Poor maintenance,bad smell every where, bedsheets are not washed,very unhygienic. worst experience 🤐..I never recommend this hotel to anyone 🤬

Location, food and safety are good

The maintenance is not worth the cost of the room. Charged nearly 4000 for one night, however, the blanket was not clean. One corner of the room has black fungus on the wall. Black fungus even on the curtain in the bathroom. We have to buy drinking water
