1. Not worth for the money paid money 2. In corridors we are getting smelled. Even inside room 3. Doors and taps are badly rusted and water dropping. 4. Dental kits are not providing when we paying 5500 per night.

I experienced a terrible experience while staying at a hotel starting from room cleanness to food and swimming pool all are very bad maintenance . Everything is very bad. The swimming pool smells bad. We were stuck in the lift and no one responded . don't want to visit again . they didn't provide food either . food price, quantity and quality all are very bad. price is very high. unhealthy food.

Absolutely Amazing experience specially the location and the Behaviour of the staffs are also Very Good. Very Easy Check in and out process.

It's still a 18th century hotel. From bed to bathroom , everything is oldieeee.very bad looking, you have to request for TV channels, food is not good. You ask them X, they will serve you XZ Claiming additional charges for small kids also, even if you manage the same bed. Location good, thats it.

The property is placed right behind the luxurious Mayfair hotel and has proper parking space. It is situated near the beach. Overall it was a pleasant stay in the hotel and the restaurant was also a good one. On the Cleanliness aspect it still has to maintain a lot more.

Worst maintenance and Poor service. Rooms are even costlier for 1000. Parking guy is always unavailable, if u have to do exercise to get gate open. Poor have bad smells.

Reception excellent, room good, bathroom below average, food below average, rates are on very higher as per everything.

Decent stay. Tv was not working. Corridors outside room was not clean

I stayed 19, 20 october. Arrived at 11. 50 night but good arrangements were there and stayed comfortably. Services were good and at reasonable rates. Good places to stay for visitors and traveller to puri and puri beach.

It was average experience on this property, in every room there is bad smell for big gutter water and pool side was very very dirty but restaurant food was good but the hotel not value of money,

room conditions were very bad, may be terrible too. check below screenshot for actual room conditions on each morning 🌄. we need to spread all the towels to walk through the room... i have 4 year old kid stayed in the room with 60+ years of in-law, both suffering cold&cough now

Plus 1. Location 2. Access to beach minus 1. Rooms are shabby 2. Service is bare minimum 3. Bathrooms and accessories need immediate revamp 4. Towels and bedsheets needs compulsory replacement. Overall. 2 /10

Room and hotel service are terrible, even brush paste was not available. After paying of rs 4500 per room it was not for the value of money. Iron was not available in the hotel.

Hotel is good but service is very poor and slow. Bed is too small, food is also not upto mark. Ac was good.

Fully faltu hotel, everything in hotel is darty, my children was lock in room 3hour because room lock was not working properly, very very faltu hotel, loss of money, nam bada darshan chhota

There is no dental kit and moisturizer. Breakfast buffet is also not available. Price bhi jyada hai.
