My experience was nothing but very terrible ,we were given room after 5 minutes we were asked to shift on higher floor once we reached there room was used & not at all ready, when informed we waited for 10-15 min in corridor then shown degraded room , informed that we booked room with balcony & the room which was given had no balcony the staff did not even knew that the room did not have balcony we refused to take degraded room again we waited for another 15-20 min & the person asked if we had booked the same property or another so clueless staff once informed that without booking how could we have been allotted room then after so much of hassle finally he gave us room after 05-10 min again person came & asked for our id’s mentioning that we haven’t given which we already gave upon check-in along with our voucher, asked for toilet roll but we were denied that they don’t keep it. Room was also not good. In short i’ll never return again & also tell my friends & family to not book this hotel ever. We did not even received sorry from the staff for the inconvenience they caused us

Sir don't mind it's my openion loc. Far from bas stand. Roos are normal indoor not properly maintained. Drinking water, hot water source s are there not functional required to give attention by staffs and owner too.

Stuff was cooperative and but the only thing that lacked was availability of food. Location wise is good its easy to reach the location.

Surprisingly nice stay at namami tapovan

The property is in the middle of the tapovan and very near to the main road. It does not serve food, but the rooms are very nice and clean. Tv was not working although, but for me that's not an issue. Also, i found no difference between standard and deluxe room. Both were similar. Property owner is cool. Geyser and ac were good.

The location is not at-all the same like mentioned, no proper car parking place is there. The road to the hotel is so narrow that it is very difficult to even reverse the car. The room and amenities are not up to the mark as compared to the price. The washroom flash is not working, power outage frequency is too much high
