Prime location with a beautiful view from the balcony and access to falls water. Maintenance of hotel average in non AC room, friendly hotel management.

location nice, bit old property, less staff but they served very well..pls note non AC won't come with geyser which was my big mistake..had little challenges in checkin where previous client didn't vacate on time..however if you love PALARUVI and wanted to stay in offbeat place with a sound of flowing water with keeping your expectation low, then go for it

the hotel manager was extremely friendly and very warm. he actually picked me up from ticking counter of palaruvi waterfall and drove me inside the wooded forest. the outside was charming and good for meditation... infact next morning he made me tea and kept at side room as I was still sleeping at 7:30 am. he made a great breakfast and dropped me to bus station. fantastic support and ambiance..

Location is in the forest and food is fantastic and their services room hygiene are also excellent

They not given room, we reached there at 7. 30pm with family (small 2 children) and told they room full. We gone to another hotel. Please don't continue this type of hotel, your reputed will gone
