Hotel Yashpadam Continental

During my stay, I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely cooperative and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and how regularly the housekeeping staff attended to the room. The location was perfect for me, as it’s very close to the High Court, which made commuting easy and convenient. The surroundings were peaceful, and there were plenty of nearby shops and food options. Overall, I had a comfortable and hassle-free stay with great service.

Worst stay of my life. Complimentary break was just pathetic. Their was no sitting space during breakfast. It was just a terrible stay because of following reasons:- A. Room and washroom hygiene was much below than expectations. B. Breakfast was just very poor as only two deep fried dishes were served. C. There was no sitting space at the time of breakfast.

Hotel YashPadam Continental, Civil Lines, Prayagraj *Disappointing Stay at Yashpadam Continental* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Yashpadam Continental in Civil Lines, Prayagraj, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. *Poor Food Quality* The food served was subpar, to say the least. I was expecting a decent meal, but what I got was a culinary disaster. *Rude Staff* The waiter's attitude was appalling. It's clear they need training on basic customer service skills. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy. *Misleading Information* We paid extra for Food So we claimed that in our stay Breakfast, Lunch or dinner is included… But the front office staff is staying that the food will be chargeable… This was not only frustrating but also felt like a blatant attempt to fleece us. *Incorrect Google Location* The hotel's Google location is incorrect, which made it difficult for us to find the place. This is a basic issue that can easily be resolved. *Overpriced and Underwhelming Experience* The rooms were tiny, especially considering the exorbitant price tag of ₹20,000. The overall experience was underwhelming, to say the least. *Avoid This Hotel* Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against staying at Yashpadam Continental. The poor food quality, rude staff, and misleading information make it a hotel to avoid. Rating: 1/5 stars

Average facility restaurant with very poor service room service also poor cleaning and hygine is on average staff was good but they were not following their own procedure. Room menu service was mentioned that 5% discount on 300 and above and 10% discount on 900 and above but they had not given the discount and disregarded the request abruptly. Water bottle sold on 45 plus gst while the printed price was rs 30 including gst. They do not have the staff to bring luggage as the reception on 1st floor and there is no lift from gf to ff. Overall experience is not very good as the charges are too high comparatively to the facility. Amenities also not there.

Hopeless stay and negative marking to the hotel management and maintenance. Walls have fungus and stained walls, unhygienic bathrooms. Gutka stains, linen is smelly and torn. It's falsified 3 star rating. They should be sister removed from the portal

I booked for one night at this hotel. Upon reaching the room wasn't ready so i decided to visit the restaurant. To my shock, i did not find a single person to attend. I waited for 20 minutes and came back without eating food. Furthermore, my stay included the breakfast, but the restaurant was not operational when i checked out the computer was down at the reception, so billing another challenge. As for the rooms they were not so clean as i expected after paying 11k for the night. I also saw the hotel's senior staff quarreling with another guest to the extent that police was called.

Hotel is located in a dirty place. Restaurant of the hotel is horrible. Rude staff. Not cordial. Overall underwhelming

They have changed room type & it's 2 separate haled bed which is not preferable. I've demanded for change to a room with regular bed, but they denied

stay aas okay…but the person at the reception didn’t know how to process checkin. room number was not allocated during checkin and had to roam around for sometime to get the room.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre... amazing stay... will visit soon in future

Although the hotel is small but cozy and well maintained. The staff is cooperative. Food quality is awesome.

Hotel rooms are not at all goods not same as shown in picture lots of seepage and you can hear lots of noise in coridors people movement in your room z you. Ankit even sleep in a day time if you want to take rest. Towels was not available on second day. As per them towels was out of stock for two days.

Everything else was good about the hotel. The room was good, food was good. Just that the wifi was not working for the whole duration i stayed in the hotel.

No room key i move up and down to get my room opened, cleaning not done changes of towel etc not done. Service was lousy with no of reminders. No card available at reception for telephone and address details.

when we reached at the hotel and check in to our room it was really very congested. we asked for different room in our same tarrif they said there is no room available. Anyway they didn't provided the room key even after asking for too many times. Dustbin were not provided in the room as well as in the bathroom also.we asked for the dustbin when we checked in the room upto the check out time. A big window with heavy curtain were hanging over the headside of the bed. we could not even relax at the bed. There were high voltage switches over the pillar which was adjoining with the bed. Too many times switches were turn of and on when you lying on the bed. They didn't provide us dental kit. If we asked anything related to hotel services they always said no. They provided us the dirty spotted towels. when we ask for new one they said you will have to use only this towel.Overall rude staff with no amenities.
