One of the worst experiences so far. The hotel staff is highly non cooperative and very difficult to deal with. I booked the hotel room with 3 adult occupancy but the extra bed was provided only after escalation. The western toilet doesn't have the jet washer so one is supposed to use a bucket - how disgusting. The location also is one of the greatest disappointments as it seems so secluded. We have to walk for longer distance to find any mode of transportation and as well as food. I had senior citizen with me so it was all so painful experience.

Good stay

This hotel room is not clean, it's no hygiene maintein wash room not clean insects are running in room. Kindly solved this issue as soon as possible,

The room which was provided to me was full of cigarette buds the bathroom is so un hygienic. While booking it was mention that there is free wi-fi but the hotel staff refused to provide me the wi-fi password the hotel staffs are very good. In all in my view this hotel is not for the family plan or gentleman

Room service is not so good, bad smelling inside the property, area of the property not so good, sleeping bed hard quality.

Worst place just like poor dharmshala. No arrangement of tea, hot water and food. Actual cost of room is just rupees 500. 00 but make my trip is charging rupees 1500. 00. Bed smell comes from room and bathroom. No cleanliness, lot of mosquitoes and cockroaches are there.

They don't have own kitchen. Get food from outside only. Safely is good

Staff behaviour, basic amenities are like nightmares. Money absolutely gone waste.
It is a worthless guesthouse only available for some illegitimate issues. So we have been treated like the same way.

Upon arrival temperature checking done, but room cleaning is not up to the satisfactory level. The toilet's are havung peculiar smell which is not good at all. No hot water available for bath. Foods were good and low in cost. I would not recommend my known ones for stay out this hotel.

Location and budget wise nice hotel. Food is also delicious and hygienic but food cost is little high.

Well decorated hotel with well behaved staffed and cleaned room and entertained by t. V in reasonable price. And out of congested area. I am comfortable to stay here. Anyone can stay here in peace and happily.

Was quite good... Room was okay... Hotel was located near to the beach.. I don't find any facilities. Was expecting more but its fine... You people only have to sit in the train from sealdah to diamond harbor... After reaching to the stn. Take a cab... Or toto... Tell them to take you guys in that hotel.. They will take you there...

Room facilities and cleaness all are good. Service excellent. I want to go there another time with my wife. And also with my family. Improve the AC facilities and all room facilities also. Very nice to see the place.

At first hotel was exactly situated beside river bank and well decorated and cleaned and air conditioned with cooperative staff. One bad experience was our room's AC was out of electric supply. We will happy to stay there again.

Location wise not a proper location. The river is not visible. Otherwise the other services are good. Staff are very friendly. Good security. Food is affordable and good. Overall nice experience. Would have given a 5 star if not the location.
