I stayed here second time but this time lot of there were insects in washroom and some in bed room also. Washroom fragrance was also not good. In Breakfast fruits are not fresh and many items are cooked on order and not available in buffet.

I checked in around 9:50 PM and was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and security staff — a great first impression. The check-in process was smooth, and overall the hotel stay was comfortable. The only downside was the strict checkout policy. Even though I requested a little flexibility, they called multiple times reminding me to check out exactly at 11:00 AM, which felt a bit rushed. Also, during breakfast, I noticed that guest treatment was not consistent — some guests were attended to better than others, which didn’t feel great. Still, the hotel was clean, staff were polite, and I had a good stay overall. Just a bit more flexibility and equal service during meals would make it perfect.

Wifi not available in this Hotel for 2 days after regular complaints at reception. Morning Staff at Restaurant is very Courteous, Soft Spoken & Prompt at service. Evening staff at restaurant always remains in a hurry. They even not allow customers to have their dinner comfortably.

The stay has been pleasant. Rooms are neat and clean and housekeeping service is prompt. Their restaurant, Zimana, serves hot and delicious meals. Front desk, particularly Abhishek, has been helpful in organising sight seeing tours and inter city transfers. I would recommend for a comfortable stay.

Property is at good location. Rooms are good. But staff behaviour is not good. They will charge you for the faulty things in the room like telephone wire, even if you don’t do that. Charges are too high for the things they are providing in the hotel.
