Hotel Sai Sahavas

Far, very very far away from expectations. Personnel with manager Aniket tried thei best to ease and facilitate our stay. But the hotel itself was deplorable and crumbling. NO AMENITIES. NOTHING.REALLY REALLY AWFUL.

The worst stay till now.. Rooms smelling of phenyl. 2. Almost broken and dingy furniture. 3. No dustbin in room. Where do one dispose kids diapers. 4. No drinking water in room. 5. Rooms worse than a lodge rooms, even they look clean and hygenic. 6. One room switches loose, such that once on touching the switch the supply went off and for 10 to 15 minutes. 7. The icing on the worst cake. The wash rooms, so unhygienic that neither the flush worked satisfactory nor the spray for washing. One has to pour a bucket of water manually to flush the commode. Water clogging in bathroom and basin, draining insufficient. So imagine how yucky it will feel. All this experienced morning at 5. 00 am morning. So even after complaining the reception guys says you had booked

Room was not clean. Some furniture needs repairs. Cockroaches seen in room n washroom also. Bedsheet and pillow covers not changed on request even though promised to change. On coming back from our outing at 12. 30midnight again we had to request for change of pillow covers. Once the service n rooms were good but now service is worse. You are forced to request for many times. Needs improvement in service and repairs to furniture

Wash rooms not good, no hygienic in side the rooms, even though soap holder not available, a c remote also in sharing mode. Hotel staff are obedient.

Such a pathetic stay here, room was dirty and swollen. Smell came from hall and room. Mosquitoes bite us whole night. I recommend not to stay here and mm t please remove this hotel from your chain as the it can fall your rating too.

The room was worthless, the pictures are: hotel rooms are deceiving. Regardless of booking a dealux room my mother and aunt were given a cranky room

Honestly make my trip should remove this property from their listings as otherwise, customers will form a bad impression of not only this hotel but also the vetting process of hotels adopted by make my trip to offer quality experience to its customers. This is the first time when i saw a property is extremely extremely shabby situation - broken power plug points, broken side units, no towels, no soap, no wi-fi, used bed sheets and pillow covers. And many more.

Very poor in cleanliness. Room flush not working. Bad smell no light in toilet. Will not recommend it to any body. We hardly used it not worth.

The room was not even cleaned post the previous check out. We had to call the staff again to clean the floor and side tables where bits of food and hair strands were present. The staff used the broom to clean the sofa and side tables, making it extremely unhygienic to use. The linen was not replaced from the previous check out and we had to call the staff to make sure they changed the bedsheet. There was a broken electricity board on the side of the bed making it unsafe for anyone to sleep on the bed. None of the things in the room was cleaned properly before we checked in. The bathroom was completely wet when we checked in. The bed cover and pillow covers were also not replaced on check in. We had a very hard time even relaxing and laying down after an extremely hectic day due to concerns of cleanliness. We made sure to check out earlier that day due to these issues and find another stay around the area. Very disappointed with the experience.

Stay at hotel is quite ok, but there is shortage of hotel staff for managing customers. Lot of improvements need to be done

There was no towel, soap and water in the room even after complaining, we had to wait for 45 minutes for service and there is no power backup.

Not maintained at all. Not hygienic. Bad rooms. We were upgraded to suite thanks to manager however suite was not maintained as well with torn sofa and colourless walls. Only 3 positives (1) manager aniket was good and helpful (2) ac was good (3) hot water was available. But in all not a value for money.

It was a terrible experience. Firstly they have not provided us the room which we have booked they said we don't have this type of room. Then nothing was available in the room like dustbin, warm water, water bottle, tv connection. They have provided water bottle after 3 hours of asking. Geyser was not functioning, bathroom light was also not functioning, utility kit was not provided, we asked for warm water then the hotel somehow managed warm water from the nearby tea shop. Overall a very bad experience. Please don't book any room in this hotel

Location is good near sai baba temple, food is good but service is poor and no cleanliness. You need to call staff multiple times to change bedsheet and towel
