Absolutely dreadful experience! i booked a stay at this hotel expecting luxury and comfort, but what i got was far from it. The pictures are a complete misrepresentation of reality. The room was dingy, outdated, and reeked of stale odors. The amenities promised were either non-existent or in a state of disrepair. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, showing zero regard for guest satisfaction. Save your money and stay far away from this deceptive establishment

Food was good and the staff was actually nice but the room were not that good as thought to be also the washroom is soo squeaky

The hotel is located in between the mesmerising hills with an amazing rooftop cafe

The environment in the hotel was healthy, comfortable and hygienic. The food provided was fresh and tasty. The management was very supportive and helpful.

the hotel rooms, bathrooms were in bad condition , we were disappointed 😞, however the restaurant and food of this hotel is awesome..

Value for money

This place you will feel like living in between the mountains forest. Fresh air with flowers all around you. Room was so neat and clean. And the best part is price is so affordable

they refused to give me the breakfast . as i have booked the complimentary breakfast room. but they refused .

Service was bad and staff was unhygienic more of that these people were not polite to guests which i obseved about them their brekfast starts at 8 in summers it is very strange we checked out at 8 in morning uptill then no staff was there in kitchen to give a single cup of tea

Very beautiful decoration in hill area. Staff also cooperative. They provided service good. Lunch breakfast, dinner are up to the mark tasty. Hill view are really awesome and took photographs and selfie good memory. Love it

Overall experience was good, food and gallery area was very good but need to improve hotel rooms and staff services.
