The guy who was at the reception while doing the check in was really nice but the guy who was there during check out was terrible

I never used it at all they refused your bookings and late in the night. Pliz refund my money i did not use the hotel. They refused your booking

I booked hotel they charge me 2000 extra, housekeeping wass fully worst, very bad experience

The hotel is absolutely nonsense and looks nothing like what’s in the photos. Please don’t go here it’s dirty and disgusting and an absolute waste of money. I saw the room and immediately said i would not stay there. I called mm t and booked a new room somewhere else. Please don’t go here.

No facility. No complimentary water bottle. And. No more facility. Only for one day stay is ok.

Room service very bad, water drop from ac, ac remote not working, tv screen black spot horizontal, head board of bed is broken, bed sheet not proper clean, .

Very poor service i just 1 day stay but not comfortable

It was a good stay, but breakfast was very poor half cups of tea were served and just a poha. The room was okay. Good for a short stay. No toiletries in the bathroom. Room service takes time. No extension for half an hour as well. At 11:00am they come to the room for checkout.

Very small rooms and cleaning are also very poor, very old bkanket, bedsheet etc.

Room is good with good location, just near santakruze railway station. In the ac room & but they don't care the make my trip customer. The bedsheet of bed is in poor quality. The towel is also very poor quality. The tv is their but no connection.

Not very friendly staff, no toiletries provided, rooms look more spacious on than in real life and it's not a very clean place either.

Third class service, no one is bothered to see you no bell in the room neither phone rooms are very dirty

Had a very decent stay. Sleep comfort was excellent. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was poha or poori bhaji with a cup of tea. Taste was excellent. Overall a good property for a budget stay.

The property was an average property where the tv was not working and even the washroom was not clean.

This hotel is for short pleasure stay for unmarried couple. No hygiene and safety standards were available. Rooms were not having hand wash and it was full of mosquoto. Bedsheet with foul smell were used.
