Rooms of the hotel is smelling very bad not good for stay. Toilets is also in worst condition and I saw roaming insect 🐝 in that. Pillows and mattress smells bad too. No provision of a free water bottle while check in. Lift is unserviceable and lights are too deam of all rooms

No proper water in bathroom after booking ac room they asked for more money to give ac room no towels and soap in room it's very terrible stay in my life till date

Very embarassing experience. I have booked for one day. When I reached to the property they denied to give room. They demanded Extra money of rs 300. It was night 9 PM.

Not hygienic

No safety standards followed. Hot water facility was not available for 24/7 blankets, linen were dirty basic amenities like soap, lotion, water bottle was not provided overall room was not hygienic. It was not cleaned which made me disappointed. Whole room was covered with dust, near window area, remotes and all. Not worth of money
