Very bad experience in Hotel Asian Palace

Our stay at the hotel was traumatic. The A/C was making a lot of noise and the bathroom was extremely small. The tv was broken and the cupboard and shelves were very dirty. We were provided with a cheap soap in the name of toiletries and no towels or glasses were provided. Pathetic?!! The room was also smelly. There was no sanitation or covid measure. We were served toast and tea for included breakfast. Overall a 0.5 ⭐ experience! The only good thing is the location. That's it!!!

Dear Guest Thanks for Writing Review. Our A/C is Working Properly with No Noise It's Only Sound of the Wind. The Room was Already Sanitized Before You Have Entered In the Hotel and the Room was Properly Cleaned By Housekeeping. We Have Given Toiletries as Hotels Policy and the Breakfast was Decided According to C.P Plan. We Have Tried Our 100%. THANKS 🙏

The Manager was well-behaved. Rooms spacious. Interior good. Bathrooms were not spacious but cleaned. Wash basin and commodes are front to front. Restaurant in rooftop. Lift not available. Service was good. Overall good hotel to stay.

Toilet sheet was broken, geyser was in a bad shape

Bathroom was so small as it only kids can accommodate. Toilet sheet was broken. Salty water. Tv was not working.
