It was a delightful experience. Food taste is very good and the rooftop has amazing views. Ambience is very nice. House keeping and kitchen staff are very helpful. Kid friendly hotel

Poor hotel to stay. Very bad experience, staff was not supportive. Also shortage of staff and overall poor.

Breakfast was good. Stay was pleasant. Clean and hygiene place. Would recommend the place for the stay.

The hotel is very neat and clean. Rooms are very spacious and they offer delicious breakfast. Had one night stay at the hotel and everything was excellent.

Location is good but hotel is average with limited breakfast options and slow room services. Room and Bathroom was clean but could have been better in terms of cleanliness.

I stayed at Hotel Niky International, Jodhpur in a Suite Room from October 27th to 29th, and the experience was well below expectations, especially paid for two nights. The overall service, food quality, and room standards did not justify the price charged. --- Room & Service Experience The welcome drink, clearly mentioned in the itinerary, was never served. The suite lacked basic amenities like a hairdryer. The so-called “Suite” featured only a 32-inch TV placed far from the bed, making it practically unusable — not what one expects from a premium category room. --- Dining Experience Ordered the Niky Special Thali for dinner — no cutlery (fork/spoon) was provided, and the food quality was poor compared to the pricing. 18% GST was charged on food, which felt excessive given the service quality. Even a simple black coffee at ₹96 did not meet expectations. The breakfast buffet was the most disappointing part of the stay: Cold idlis served straight from the fridge. Sour curd. Masala dosa without masala, even after two specific requests to correct it. --- Conclusion Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the price. I would strongly advise against opting for breakfast here. As a business owner, I can confidently say that I would never book this hotel for my staff or future stays. The management needs to seriously address these service and quality issues.

Neat and decent property with very cooperative staff. Had dinner almost all days during stay. Food and Services were excellent. However needs to upgrade the quality of Breakfast with variations in daily menu.

The hotel have centralised AC system and donot have individual AC in the rooms. And the central AC efficiency is very low, even after multiple requests to the manager, we have to compromise our stay in a humid room. Moreover they switch off the exhaust of washroom, maybe to save electricity, by their own and we have to call them again and again to switch it on.

I am not happy to stay in Niky. I had to ask and wait a or the water bottle, dental kit, welcome drink, towel etc.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was warm and attentive, and the service was quick and professional.
