The check-in process was hassle free. Location is good, accurate as per google maps. The staff are well behaved and prompt in serving the guests. The guards were very helpful in finding transports for us. Rooms are average. Food is great.

Excellent Service, Needs Room Value Improvement Overall, my stay was marked by exceptional service and a highly convenient location. The staff truly stood out, particularly the teams at the reception desk and in the restaurant, who were consistently attentive and professional. This high level of service significantly enhanced the experience. The hotel’s location is a major asset, offering excellent connectivity as it is situated right next to the National Highway and close to the Cuttack Railway Station. This makes it particularly ideal and highly recommended for travelers commuting from the North and North East parts of Odisha. However, the quality and maintenance of the rooms are an area that requires immediate attention. Relative to the price charged, the overall upkeep and standard of the room facilities did not meet expectations. Addressing the maintenance issues and improving the general room quality would justify the current pricing and ensure a consistently positive guest experience across all aspects of the hotel.

The Hotel is good at this price point. Staff cooperative, food is also ok. However no lift in Hotel and if you get rooms at third floor climbing stairs will bother you.

If you need a quick solution to have a place to crash en route your journey through Cuttack, this is the place. Zero frills, average room, good ac, enough for a good night's sleep. Food is average, cleanliness is average.

soloNo response from staff. Worst check in service. Totally full of shit . Worst I ever seen. Please don't go to their. No one can respond to your call even at check-in . Guys from reception are full of attitude and asking for extra money for check-in. Rooms are smells like rabbits are dias.
