firstly room was totally in worst condition like wall was damaged and unhygienic bed sheet , later after rquesting to change they made it after 2 hrs almost . And even after replacing toom they doesn't know to provide amenities which suppouse to done before aloting room .staff attitude are different all in hotel my advise for the guest dont waste your money and time with this property . And for the hotel staff my advise plz learn hospitality culture .

groupThe property was on road so easy to approach, bathrooms were clean and well managed, bedrooms were good and spacious with comfortably beds. Other services could have been faster but they were short on people when we visited. Food quality could also be improved.

Hotel was very expensive according to high room rent facilities are very poor. Ac was not properly working when i complaint about it person who was managing hotel refused and saying no it can't happen was arguing with me. When i reached room was not ready he took 40 mintues to clean the room. Lift was not working because of this my old age mother suffers a lot. When i said please change the room he given me small room. So i changed the room twice even he didn't help us to shift the luggage from one room to another room. Even he didn't serve the water when i said please given us water then served. Totally third class hotel charging very high amount not giving a basic facilities. I will not recommend to any one to go in this hotel. Also meal is very poor in this hotel go to outside for good food.
