In my two days stay, i faced no issues regarding my hotel. Friendly environment, near to the main market, raghunath temple and bus stand. Food quality was good and all the basic amenities were present.

1. The room is ok but the cleanliness is not at all. 2. Staff corporation levelis very bad Ordered for food in advance but not delivered. 3. Clean the same bed that you have already checked out the previous Client. 4. over all bad experience for this hotel .🙏

Dear Surjeet Singh ji,🙏🏻 First of all, I feel sorry for your comments. you were given big, spacious, neat and clean, fully furnished with big AC, geyser, LED TV, Wifi & intercom facilities and washed white bedsheet. The question of using unwashed bed sheet is baseless and it is not possible to provide the food if order is placed after the closure of kitchen time. Further, I request your good self, please neither expect the facility of air travel if one has purchased the ticket of bus. At last, I request you to visit again so that we get a chance to address your grievances in future.

Dear abide patel ji, namaste, with due regards, in reference to your opinion regarding stay at our hotel, it is to state that during your stay at our hotel, you were fully happy and satisfied and didn't make any complaint regarding any service/hospitality but later on posted your harsh comments. We failed to understand what basic problems were not solved in your case as our hotel is newly built with ultra modern facilities such as spacious neat and clean rooms with geyser, ac, led tv, wifi and intercom facilities, clean bath rooms with modern fittings, generator/ inverter, etc. Sorry for the inconvenience, if any and do visit our hotel in future for your suggestion for improvement.

Dear santosh mhatre, namaste, first of all, i feel sorry if there is some short coming in our hospitality but if you were having problem, you should have reported at the reception. What are you saying, i can not make it out as our hotel is new one and furnished with new bed sheets and towels and provides soap and shampoo to one and all.
