Hotel Golden Leaf

location is excellent and so is the reason for booking this hotel. There is no option for food, even no sealed water bottle was available. Service is terribly bad. No liftman, no pasted guideline about the location of reception. felt too much helpless when I was informed that no keycard has been provided for my room. They have only master keycard. It's very much unsafe as there was no provision for any other locking system inside the room. No toilet paper in bathroom, button for shower was not working properly and there was no bucket, no mug. During checking out we had to use stairs as lift was not functioning.

Excellent hotel, good facility, only bad point was some very young people drank alcohol and started beating the doors of other rooms dint let us sleep properly throughout night

I recently stayed at Hotel Leaf , Siliguri and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the quick room service and the variety of options in the breakfast buffet. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Location was not good. This can not be considered as a hotel, but only a lodge. You will be provided with a room, nothing else. No services, no food facilities. One good thing about the hotel is the rooms are neat and clean

I was a good hotel, clear and tidy. Staff behaviour was so good, service was also excellent. I enjoyed a lot.

We had very comfortable stay in hotel as the rooms are designed comfortably spacious and clean, my kid enjoyed more due to smart tv with youtube facility in room. Will definitely stay again during our next siliguri visit. )
