Hotel Golden City

No hot water was available, room was clean, bedsheet was dirty. Normal hotel, little expensive with amenities

Location is near by highway but enterns is very horrible and rooms are smells also not having ventilation and bathroom also

Worst experience ac was not working properly. We requested a room change but we were told the hotel is full. Bathroom was very shabby. Bedsheet were not clean. Room was dusty and not clean. Water in bathroom is too salty like borewell water and can't brush with that water. There are other options available within 10 km. Don't go for this hotel

Water in wash basin is very salty. We feel that water supply in hotel directly from sea. Due to this, we can't brush. In room bisleri bottle serving with hotel 's ro water in open format. Bed sheet cover is very old.

Property location is good, has good number of restaurants in the same property. The service was responsive, but need to request frequently. But: there were need bugs and cockroaches. Hard water furnishing like bedsheet were either not available or appeared used. Room were slightly paint were chirping.

Bathroom was very terrible not maintained at all. .

It was a terrible experience. I had booked a room and it was the store room. There was no window, no ventilation in the room. In broad daylight, you can't see anything as so dark. When i asked in the reception, they was so rude and did not change my room.

Non courteous, filthy rooms, uncleaned Linen and pillow cover, as if a shady place, very hard borewell sour water overall, Geyser pipe burst , my daughter escaped by a minute She was to enter the bathroom when an adhesive tape fixed outlet pipe of the geyser melted out, showering with boiling hot water in a jet Had my girl been inside for a bath, could imagine the aftermath Just terrible God save the customers Choked bathroom

there was not even paid breakfast service in the hotel or its vicinity. they told me they provide only lunch and dinner. the first morning of my stay i had to just have tea for breakfast. for the next day i bought my breakfast the previous evening.the water was so salty that it was impossible to brush or bathe using it. i had to buy mineral water bottles to brush and wash hair

The way to parking is terrible with the stench of the back kitchen of food outlets. Once you park there are innumerable mosquitoes, literally swarms of them right from the basement to the elevator to throughout the property. The tap water is absolutely bad and tastes salty.

stay at hotel was comfortable with gud rooms,reception staff ,bed linings and clean washrooms. but they need to improvise a lot on aspect of service staff behaviour.

needs to improve the quality of bed sheets, pillow cover, and blankets. Water geezer, you need to ask the receptionist to put it ON. No sealed water bottles to drink water, bath water is salty. The room is specious, and the bathroom is also a good size. staff is helpful.

It’s food is so good and room is so clean and comfortable. I like the service in hotel.

Room was good however the bathroom is quite small and the water is bad.

Room was smelling bad, everything was damp. Towel provided was used and smelling like cleaning mop. Floor was wet. Water in washroom was too salty. You cannot do toothbrush with that much salty water. Bedsheet and comforter was very scummy, i think they never washed since they brought. On the top of that they asked for tip. I was laughing on my decision. Ac was working fine.

Rooms are decent enough, location is a little far from the city centre. Staff is decent enough, all measures were followed. Resturant are available. Keep in mind that no shops are nearby except resturant, you need to order things from blinkit or other apps. Overall nice place to stay. Cleaning of bathroom should do better.
