Food Not Good.RestRoom also not good. Money waste. Try some other hotel .High Cost worst Quality...

dirty bed sheets, noicy AC, broken tiles in toilets, booked for double bed but they provide tween bed, 👎

Germ-anus location is a plus point with various conveyances easily available. They have a good buffet breakfast spread. They also have a good restaurant for north indian food, and a separate reasonably priced local food restaurant. Surprisingly, the hotel staff has been extra attentive and helpful. We are very satisfied with the quality of our stay at this reasonably priced hotel.

Old heritage type hotel small rooms but good place to stay for short duration

Good location in the main city, with easy access to public transport and meenakshi temple just 3-4 km away. Rooms were comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. They also provided a locker safe in wardrobe for valuables, and the bathroom were clean with all necessary toiletries. Breakfast was included and offered a veriety of options. The hotel has ample parking space. One issue we faced was with our car - after parking it at the hotel, we noticed the petrol tank was almost empty when we left, even though it has enough fuel earlier. We called the reception, but despite promising to check, we never received a followup.

Clean rooms with proper amenities. Support staff was very good. Restaurant also has a good variety of spread for breakfast and lunch

As i stayed 2 days but room itself having more cockroaches and mosquitos and terrible one is they are charging for bowl itself, i ask for a small bowl as i ordered food outside, even for giving a normal soup bowl they have charges its ridiculohs, my kind suggestion pols dont stay, madurai having more fantastic hotels pols go there, they giving priority for only foreigners. Hectic to the core

Cockroach roaming around the room, water tripping from the water closet. Very average maintenance, lack of cleanliness.

1. Restaurant wash basin is outside. It's almost like on the road 2. We checked in only at 8pm. Next morning we left at 8am for a function. We requested if we could have an hour late check out. The ch k out agent was extremely rude and refused. He said they'll charge and gave us the tariff card. We understand that late ch k out depends on their situation. It is their prerogative. But what was horrible is the rudeness that we faced. I will make sure that i and none of my friends ever stay in germanus

staff were helpful and friendly. lot of cockroaches in the room. found one cockroach in fruit salad

Hotel is filled with insects every part of the room, after complaint they changed our room, new room given was also full of insects every were.

Location is very good it's nearest to market & food quality also very good, amenities are also very well

It was a good stay well maintained rooms and a good location with cooperative staff the food in restaurant was good

Not a single switch board in the room was working. I couldn’t charge mobile. Old hotel, poorly managed.

A very very bad and terrible experience

Hotel located in midtown on main crossing with tremendous noise pollution. Washroom fittings found worn out and shabby
