It’s been great I loved peaceful and calm inside and ample shopping and metro proximity outside

The hotel maintenance is very poor Getting stinky smell in rooms. The AC system and other amenities are in very old and not in good condition The toilets are worst with damaged flooring and damaged wall tails. No food facility, the boy will get the food from outside and taking 45 minutes time for that. Mostly These rooms are using for brothels activity in the evening time. The overall condition of the room is very bad , not worthy for money paid

Room is ok for solo travelers. Room service is avg. Good thing property is located nearby metro and surrounded with restaurants etc.,.

Room service is pathetic. Land phone not placed in room to connect with reception. If you have any issues, you don't know who to call. No hot water available. It's the winter season and hot water is really needed for a bath. I called the reception and informed that hot water is not coming. Receptionist said she will send room boy to check the issue but no one appeared for almost 30 min. I called again and then a person came and checked hot water tap in bathroom and said, sorry sir hot water not coming. But we will give you a water heater. That water heater is in deadly condition. Still i plugged it in and put it in bucket full of water. After 10 mini realised its not working. I decided. Its waste of time to call the reception and let them know the issue since its waste of time. I had to bathe with ice cold water. No drinking water or hot water kettle is available. Overall it's avg room and worst service.

Property location is good. Highway touch. Rooms are not clean. U could experience bad odour. Pest control is very much required due to lot of cockroaches all over the room

The overall experience of highway grand residency was very good and nice the staff responded very well and provided a good service to the customers and the maintenance was good and loved it so comfortable room and made my trip smooth without any hustles. Thanks to make my trip and highway grand residency management.

Cleanliness was good. Staff are good. Response was well received and good. Easy transportation to all directions. Just issue is car parking.

Room and location is nice but rooms are not maintained properly and bed-sheet was not fresh it all this is maintained then worth staying

Average experience exhaust was not working due to that room become smelly. Even after complaining they did unit repairs.

Amenities promised are not delivered by the hotel. Bedding, mattresses were unclean and room is not at all maintained. Cockroaches were found inside the room. I won't recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay with your family.

Clean and tidy rooms with 24hr hot water availability. Ac and tv services can be improved. Overall i had a good stay at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is quite good. Beside the main road and close to the kph c metro station. But the room size is too small. Lift is available.
