This hotel is not deserve

Room was smelling bad, pillow and bedsheet cover is in bad condition and smelling, requested for hot water for drinking but not able to provide.

Person in hotel makes noise
Room was not maintained properly and every time when going outside from hotel in morning the door was locked.

Hotel room is very small and not clean also. In front this hotel non vegetarian hotel. Hotel too small but price is very high. And stair is also very small. And bathroom is very small. This hotel is near Lalo chowk. There is not kitchen is not available in this hotel.

must say it was the worst experience i had ever experienced,,no privacy,people can peep through ur room's window,the staff wont ask u for any of ur needs ,nt even water,,geezer was nt working,,the worst part was dat the curtains were half the size of the windows resulting in feeling like ur resting in an open place rather than a private room,,,out of the two staffs one is fine nt d other

the hotel is located in the centre of srinagar but services are poor. there is no washbasin in the toilet to wash face in the morning one has to move out of the room for washbasin located outside the room. the response from hotel staff is poor and the behaviour is also not good.
