Gangani Resort Home Stay Tourism Picnic Garden

We had booked 2rooms through MMT on 17/12 and made full payment and received confirmation. On reaching the property on 26/12 we were told that there are no rooms and they do not have intimation . On showing them the MMT document and some arguments they finally offered us one room , since we were travelling with family we had no other option but to accept the room. They provided 2mattress on floor for 3 of us. But this was just the starting of the ordeal... there were no towels in the room and were told that they do not have any towels . Next there was no water jar or glass and when requested those were also rejected . Most unpleasant and unprofessional staff and they have zero knowledge of hospitality. We had to leave the hotel today without taking bath. Only silver lining was the restaurant which was run separately where the owner and staff were doing a very good job in terms and of both food and hospitality. I strongly recommend not to consider this property for any night stays.
