Had a fantastic stay at ganesha palace! the room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend"

Very bad experience. Staff was good. But the person who was managing things was very rude and greedy and asked for money in cash and said he has upgraded the room but already we had booked the room of bath tub only. He charged 2000 extra and demanded in cash. But we booked rooms in which bath tub is there. But he lied and argued. Jacuzzi was not working. Bath tub was not working. He denied for pool. Rooms were smelling badly. He refused that geezer in not working but the person at night told that he will switch on the geezer from down stairs. The food was very tasteless and charges were very high than even a 5 star hotel. Pathetic and very bad stay. Will never visit this place again. And will suggest other people also not to book stay of this place ever. This type of people should be fired. He was taking advantage as we had already booked and paid the payment online. So we had no other option apart from staying.

Nice hotel with professional staff, we enjoyed this hotel also closed to golden temple & market. Service was excellent location wise good. We had parantha in the morning, were very tasty.

At the beginning we found the property is located in a residential colony, but during our stay we found our stay was excellent, beautiful property, staff was very professional, food was very tasty, specially kadai paneer. 100, recommend.

Had to request for a heater but that wasn’t even working properly. Rooms allowed were not what i booked for. The owner assumed he had the right to make a choice over mine when it came to rooms. Food prices extremely high! egg burji cots 380 rupees- check if u don’t believe me. They turn off wifi as and when they want! hot water was not available for more than 5 mins. At night i could hear stuffs being moved around and an old man screaming. It was a horror stay! the only person that worked there was this service guy! if he leaves, these people will not be able to run this hotel. Cause he did all the work!

Stay was excellent, we enjoyed staying at ganesha, quality of food was very good & giving the taste of typical amritsari food. Staff was very co-operative, property is very beautiful & close to market & the golden temple. Fully recommended.

Firstly, i was greeted with a lovely warm welcome by all of the staff at ganesha hotel. As soon as i entered, i was amazed by its unique charm. The whole place is decorated so beautifully. I stayed in the crown room which was also very cosy and tastefully decorated. As i was really tired from all of the traveling i had been doing, i decided to eat in my room. This was no problem at all for the staff. I also thoroughly enjoyed my morning, having a delicious breakfast in bed followed by a swim and a greet from some chirpy parakeets. Such a blissful morning indeed. I would just like to thank the staff again for making my final chapter of my trip so memorable. If you have a good eye for detail and you want something a little more different then this is your place.

Pathetic service. Food quality i would say zero. No taste stinky

The service is okay. The bathrooms are very small. Shortage of staff and the beds are very small. Not worth the price.

I recently stayed at ganesha palace and it was a flawless experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant served delicious meals, and the hotel's central location was ideal for exploring the city. I found the amenities, including the spa and fitness center, to be excellent, and the value for money was outstanding. I highly recommend ganesha palace for a fantastic stay. Bad stay. Lot of mosquito in room. Cockdoach also in room. Old furniture. Smelly room. Useless pool.

Rooms are so beautiful and clean food and staff is excellent and very professional the welcome style is outstanding. I recommend to everyone just try once you will never go away in future
