Room carried pungent smell, room spray were their only choice but I have aversion towords any strong chemicals ,when requested to change the room staffs were unhelpful...I got sick

Non AC room with single bed for 2 people . Stayed there for a week. Pros: Very close to the main road, it takes a minute to get to the main road from the homestay. They serve hot breakfast (idli/appam/idiyappam) in the room, which was tasty. Cons: Need to remind them everyday to turn on the main hot water switch. The exhaust fan and bathroom light are connected to the same line, turning on the light also turns on the exhaust fan which is inconvenient while taking shower. They do not provide towels/toileteries.

First I booked a Bacadi hotel stay at Kochi. After 6pm I received a call from MakeMyTrip; they said, "Sorry, the hotel you booked is under maintenance, so you can’t stay at the hotel." And MakeMyTrip solved my problems, and they have arranged another hotel stay with the same budget, and they have done something complementary, so I am satisfied with MakeMyTrip. I really felt very happy. Really, thanks to MakeMyTrip.

The complimentary breakfast was not enough for the person they accommodate and also the hospitality wasn't good.

The owner is terrible, is abusive and uses foul language on the guests, the rooms are not clean and the amenities provided was unavailable. No breakfast provided even though mentioned in the booking

Area is good, close to bus, food, accessible to lulu mall by bus. Breakfast was nice and staff friendly. Comfortable stay

Well this property is in real good form maintained in a very clean and updated manner he staff is soft spoken and disciplined rooms are well ventilated and with ample space for your belongings highly appreciated and recommended from my end regards

The reception asked for extra money at the time of checking its first time having a terrible experience while i booking through make my trip

Property was satisfied staff and management not making contact and late service atmosphere and other things were good

When i reached the hotel they told we will not allow to check at this price then i stayed there for around 1 hour after talking with coustmer care executive they told to pay additional 1000 rupees and get the invoice i paid the extra amount and i get the invoice after reminding him several times on next day apart from that when booking break fast also included and i told caretaker i will be leaving at 7:45 try to arrange before that and they can’t provide it on time for two days and i skip the break fast and my reimbursement part i still pending so i rate this as a horrible experience next time definitely i will not use this app and this place

Room & bath room is very small. Bathing bucket & mug was damaged and not cleaned. Tv is available but no channel is activated.

Good value in great location. Served breakfast too which is great for the mm t price. Good stay and will repeat

We didn’t get hotel we booked. They arranged another one. No breakfast provided. Totally dissatisfied…

Food was not provided although it was mentioned, there was soap, oil in bathroom and washroom.

Easy check-in and check out process, satisfactory room as per the price.

Hotel didnt allow us to check in as the rooms were full i need complete refund
