I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my stay. The room hygiene was unacceptable; it was extremely dirty, and there was a noticeable presence of Dengue mosquitoes. Furthermore, the bed linen was visibly -stained and had not been replaced. We received no information regarding breakfast arrangements, and the staff's conduct was unprofessional and poor

The room was not clean at all.. The bed sheet was dirty ,pillow cover was dirty and something staff was not available for room cleaning.. Outside food is also not allowed … but anyway its a bugget friendly stay .

The staff was rude, closed the hotel at night without informing us and then argued with us, when we confronted abt the same. Also made us wait for 15 mins outside hotel. Also, theres a policy of no outside food, while their own food
