Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Review: Cozy Stay with Excellent Hospitality! I recently stayed at Dream Hotel Richmond, and it was an absolutely pleasant experience. The place is cozy, clean, and perfectly maintained. The hospitality was truly excellent — the staff were warm, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The room was extremely clean and tidy, which made the stay even more comfortable. The accommodation overall was spacious and neatly arranged, giving a very homely and relaxed vibe. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend Dream Hotel Richmond to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable experience.

It was good, value for money. But dental kit, comb moisturizer which i expect from a basic room was not included, we had to ask for it later, even though it was a premium room. Pillows could have been better. But overall a 4/5. Might visit again

We had great time staying at Dream hotel. The staffs were very helpful.Good amenities.Only issue was the sound of the traffic can be heard which was little uncomfortable especially during night.

Stayed in the hotel with family. Very well maintained and clean room. Courteous staff. Gave prompt assistance whenever requested. Had a good experience overall.

Brake fast was good. Room size is too small. balcony mentioned only for namesake. a/c was not proper. TV operating is a task. Parking mentioned in public road side only.

Found it clean. Staff was helpful. Brekfast could have been better. Balconies are just for namesake. First day, my room had some issues like broken flooring, electrical switches weren't working however on my request next day my room was changed and it was decent. in summary, value for money and solves the purpose.

Super pathetic experience staff was totally absurd disrespectful and disobedient. Didn't provided the basic amenities like dental it shaving kit hand towel . Bad taste breakfast with unhygienic condition in breakfast area.

Manager and staff well behaved, buffet breakfast very good and timely served, clean atmosphere, bathroom spacious

Location was not good. TV was not working. Toilet seat was broken. Break fast was not good in terms of quality aswellas no of items.

Room is little small for this price point. But it’s clean and comfortable. It would be good if they have kept extra towels, bath robe and slippers.

The flooring needs a revamp as it looks very shabby now and the damaged vinyl flooring hurts your feet either side of the bed
