we reached the hotel to check in , but hotel manager denied my booking and we did'nt got room and the time war 10.30 pm. we face very difficulty ang toke another room in " Grand Emperial " . we didn't get my money refund. we have tried to contact make my trip customer care but didn't get any solution. This is very terrible experience. please u arrange to get my refund.

Asking money extra -for second day booking , saying rates are wrong n less !! booking not accepting

Good service but, they asking more money, saying price is very less, we are loss, pay 500 rs more, extra, not giving room on bookings

Room quality is pretty good and well maintained . Room service is available 24/7 gives all time assurance

No breakfast n dinner option available as kitchen staff was on leave as mentioned by the hotel manager. He is insisting to order from zomato. Also he is irritated why you have done full payment. He also demand for early check in charge 30% of the the total room charge.

As soon as i reached the hotel, i found out that the booking was cancelled. Even after talking to makemytrip customer care, i did not get a room and it was 12. 15 am at night. My experience was very bad.

I was completely shocked that was horrible experience i faced ever. I booked hotel 7 days before my exam from make my trip with complete payment but when i reached there they said due to some technical glitch the booking was cancel instead of confirm booking status. Hotel said that he was trying to contact me from 6 days my number was busy but how can this possible i get all the calls from friends, family and everyone. When i request him to get me some another room he said all the room was full i think due to rush of exam he gave my room to some one else for money hike. When i contact make my trip they said within 30 mins team will book some another room for me but after 2 hours i realised that make my trip just try too fool me they even did not contact me. The most terrifying experience i faced up by make my trip. I complaint 4 times each after half an hour but they always said just give us 5-10 mins team will contact me but actually they didn't. So guys after booked the property please make sure to contact with the property and get the confirmation status other wise in hike time their is a chance they may transfer your room to some one who bid most.

Everything were awesome room spacious, clean, ac working, easy to reach, food service was good. All well

Hotel staff are very good helpfull. Our train get delay so i cheq in in 11. 30 pm but they cope-rate with us. Best hotel best staff. Room need more clean bedsheet and combal need more new. Mere room ki bedsheet thodi fati hi thi. I thank special hotel woner and all staff. Thank you to all

torn bedsheet and blanket. mouse in room. lock of washroom was not working properly. I was charged 300 extra for 90 min early check in....intitally manager said no room availabe before 12 noon ....but then said if you want early check in you have to pay extra 300. In many hotel they allow 1 hr early check in as complimentary.
