no parking... I drove around 1hr sleepy at 11pm to find some spot on the road, anyone who needs parking..this hotel is a NO..NO.. front desk needs to be more hospitable... in a small reception, there are half dozen people making the customers uncomfortable.. room and bathrooms are avg

Simply impeccable - especially receptionist way of approach , Hospitality , Accountability, Cleanliness is on top notch , everything was up to the mark , The hotel campus beside also serves authentic mallu style food and delicious deserts

No good.food facilities available in hotel premises. Charges had to be paid before hand for tea and coffee. No wifi and telecom facilities functional

Since it was booked in the last minute being in chennai after so long without knowing how this hotel might be, it was good experience for me. Without delay the check-in was done. In the toiletries they could’ve kept some better razor, Since I had a meeting I had to get my beard done but it turned out bad because of its quality. If it was not available I wouldn’t have used it in the first place. Apart from that else was fine. Expecting some discounts when I visit for the next time.

located in a narrow road area with heavy traffic in the evening.. complementary breakfast is not as good as expected. The room was not worthy of the amount which I paid.. friendly staff.

I found used pillow cover and bed sheet in the room Very compact rooms Looking at the price point this was not value for money for sure

this is good place and room is also clean and tidy the staff and reception people seem to be polite and gentle

Stay was ok ok not very good, the food options are limited to 2 or 3. We had booked 2 rooms, stay was comfortable.

The overall stay was good, but there were a few issues that had an effect on our comfort stay. Ac making noice, floor is sticky and greasy. And mainly room boys always making noice while they go around the premises.

-Parking was not proper -Room was congested -Extra mattress was not good -Bedsheet and pillows were not clean -Not properly maintained
