Rooms and washroom not upto mark as shown in pics bedding and linen provided was stained. Can improve

Hotel infrastructure is like a old hotel, T.V for just for show, not working at all, Washing water having dirty, water filter was not working (Reddish water), Power blanket was available and food in breakfast was preferable however dinner food was not up to mark. Facilities was at good serene location however amenities was not cleaned and hygiene

Very poor experience. Location was very off. Food was terrible. Room was dirty. Bedding was dirty. Not worth staying. Waste of money

Location is uphill among pine trees with beautiful ambience. The food is manageable. The hygiene of room including toilets could be improved.

Pahalgam being a natural beauty itself…-atop sits the aksa resorts giving u a great picturesque location ,and a serene place to enjoy with family,the bine fire at the night ,great hospitality at dinner by aquib and naeeim .A lovely place to stay.The place is difficult to reach due to its location , and narrow roads

The property doesn't have standard amenities for which they are charging so much.

Property is good but at the some outer location. Common area rooms and facilities are all good and up to date.

Hotel rooms are good, but have certain issues like door locks are very low quality or not working at times. Also, the road to the resort is very poor( i would say it is more of a trek than a road) and is not shown on maps, and is difficult to navigate for the first time.

Aksa resort decline to give booked rooms. They offer lower grade rooms and promised to shift tomorrow in booked rooms

Our stay was pathetic to this resort. This resort is isolated from the city. Roads are very bad. It has the electricity issue. It seems like it is haunted. Very bad service. No tv working. No room service. No food. I have to eat only those things which they have made, you cannot make choice. We got hair in our food. I would never suggest anyone to stay there

Location is good, the staff is well mannered. Rooms are okaish, hot water is not available round the clock and temperature settings are not working as well

The resort owners are cheats. The rooms displayed are just not there. The reception was a dingy, damp and dark space where the staff was lolling around. The so-called manager was a disgrace to the name of hospitality. We were shown 2 tacky rooms, which we refused. The third room we accepted perforce, as all hotes were already booked. needs to have better supervision over the hotels they upload. I could certainly never recommend your site with my experience. The approach road is "kuccha, and there isnt even a sign post to guide us to the site. Once you reach, you are a prisoner, as there is nowhere to go. No river, no walk, nothing. We did not eat dinner, or breakfast, as the buffet was so poor. We had staff peering into the room which was in the ground floor. A kettle with no tea bags, etc. The tv was not working and had to be changed. Hot water only from 8 to 9 pm (even this did not happen) and 6 to 9 am. We were disturbed at 7, to tell us that hot water is available now. At 730, we were disturbed to give us bed tea from a canteen flask. Not even ro water was available. As i was leaving, i was ordered by the bellboy to "switch off the tv, aa he was too lazy to do so himself. A complete disaster.

Leaked toilets, cracked toilet seats, worst food, no service, no food options, attitude of staff was pathetic.

Food was so bad, un highgenic rooms were bad and water were dirty pale colour, rate of rooms were too high in the it was bad exprience

Food is good in quality and location is also good service is good. But amenities are ok. And way to this property is very bad

Property location good but services are very poor. No cleanliness in rooms no hot water even after too much reminders poor food option and quality no service to pic-kip and drop from mall road

When you check in, staff looks very good, but during the stay staff response is okay type. Food is below average. Rooms are not at all good, no amenities in the room. Location is okay as located in woods on a hill, far from city. Breakfast is very bad as you dont have options. Hotel arrangements are pathetic.

When we checked in the hotel staff said that wait for the check in as we are cleaning the rooms and than they gave us the room in bad condition with stains on the bed sheet wet bathroom smelly room also with 100’s of flies in it and when we asked hotel people that please see to that case they started shouting and miss behaving we really felt very unsafe

I am writing this with huge disappointment with reference to the property "aksa resort pahalgam". the location on the map is not reachable via normal means of transportation. The path shown on the map is totally incorrect as well as the room quality and everything is below average. The actual path to the property is "dangerous" as even a suv vehicle struggled to move on the mountainous terrain with a "less than one lane" slippery road full of potholes. The room quality is worse. The pictures don't show you the real picture of the property. We haven't checked in at the property and have booked another property offline as the property was highly disappointing, unsafe & secluded. Also the hotel staff was not responsive at our concerns.

First they gave us a room without any view. Amenities were missing. The location was far away from the centre. Service was slow, employees of the property were very slow and lacked basic understanding of everything. The owner was rude.
