Food is pricey and not worth the price. Stay is comfortable but bit on the interior from the main city..

The location is really good . The facilities are also good . The breakfast is a little too pricey for the plain cereal and milk

The jet shower of the bathroom wasn’t working, they didn’t give the 10% discount on lunch, there was a lack of hygiene as a cockroach was seen in the breakfast table

It was pleasant surpirise. I did not expect such a beautiful resort near to Guwahati. I really enjoyed its hospitality and foods. I will visit again with longer stay and will recommend this resort.

Bed was very hard to sleep

Rooms are good, however the service is slow and wrong food order was delivered. Resort should play some light music to enhance the ambiance, food is quite over priced not worthy as per the taste.

Aarian woods is nice. Good location, good ambience, the service was prompt, food is great, staff is well behaved and courteous, enjoyed our stay. There were some glitches of course, the room is spacious, would have preferred more furniture, since our stay was on a saturday the place was crowded and service was a little late. Had an issue with the ac in our room which was sorted out but would advise the management to sort these things out before hand because we booked the rooms 2 weeks in advance. The place has a pool side dine in which is great. But we couldn't order anything because everything was finished by 9. Overall it was a good experience and if the management sort out the issues i've pointed out it's a wonderful place and you will love it here.

It was average because that day it was my convocation day but after i came back from the program there was no water in our room we have to call the room service for so many time for the water but they didnt respond since i was very tired after a hectic day i called the receptionist and had to complain about the water problem they told us that we have to wait for some times but the whole night the water wasn't there and when we woke up there was still no water we have to called the receptionist again and after that they sent a person to check what is the problem anyway it was good but i hope that there hospitality would change in the coming days since i would love to visit again and stay there

Few important amenities and stuffs were missing for the price i paid. The services can be enhanced and the prices are too high in comparison to the quality of the food.

Swimming pool: the water was not clean at all, there was some unpleasant smell. No lights were installed in the swimming pool. The bed in the room was making sound and the there was hardly any mattress cushioning, it was straight hard to even seat down on the bed. Have never come across such uncomfortable bed. We wanted to upgrade the room to a better version but with the price of makemytrip but they did not allow.

Starting was good but lately comes to know about their policy to earn was with food. Too much of charge for maximum dishes. And the terrible thing was when it comes to breakfast time. Who can eat this much item in the morning. Why it need to make it buffet style. A person eats just something healthy and light as morning breakfast. But you have to go for buffet and pay 450 rupees for single person. Even in 5star hotel you can opt for what you want to eat. So, it's just terrible of their policy.

Everything was Good but was not happy with one reason that guest are not allowed to visit or stay in with me for 3/4 hrs also. I just updated some of my friends abt my visit and they where willing to meet me. But the Resort had a issue with that. After paying still my guest can't come n stay in room for a while. 😏😏😏

If arrangements for driver can be made it would enhance the facilities available there, thanks
