Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I would like to highlight that you booked 3 apartments with us (just to correct your daughter booked it on your behalf and she never travelled with you. All communications were done with your daughter and on text messages as confirmed by your daughter. You wanted to use the pool after 6pm which is not allowed, we have clearly mentioned on the booking portal that pool is open from 9am to 6pm and mandatory costume is required for the pool usage. You wanted to change the time of the pool coz you had prebooked cab with a travel agent for Goa tour (this is something we can’t be blamed, you should have planned accordingly if you so wanted to use the pool. Every day we were informing you and your daughter about the cleaning required; with Wi-Fi details, checkout details but you just ignored all our calls and messages. On the day of checkout, you handed over the keys for all 3 rooms after one hour(not 10 mins, we have all the records and cctv camera installed can confirm too. which we informed you one day advance only that late fee would be charged, which was agreed by your daughter. My staff were waiting outside the apartments for one hour and this delayed the next guest Checkin coz you weren’t answering our calls. It’s sincere request that traveler traveling should be the one booking instead of someone else as they tend to ignore all the policies of the homestay apartments. It’s important to understand that you have booked our place after accepting the policies , after Checkin those can’t be ignored or changed just because you want something based on your time availability. You called us at 6am in the morning to complaint why pool will open by 9am coz we have to go for tour, I’m sure my readers will now understand your fabricated review just for your own personal interest. Thank you and would recommend other host to be very careful with you as a guest.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review, while I would like to give the complete picture to the readers. You called me up early in the morning asking for hot water, mentioning your concern that security staff is not assisting. On call I informed you that secuirty doesn’t own the property. We have centrally heated solar panels system in the complex (which was informed to you and is mentioned on the booking portal as well. On this you asked bell boy to send some hot water, which again explained to you that we have solar panels and you would get hot water in the washroom. On the day checkout, when my staff came for the checkout cleaning, you told them that we are having breakfast, please come after one hour, despite being aware of the checkout time and late fee charges were already communicated to you. I would request kindly refrain yourself for spreading false information, as all the communication is on the official channel. Meanwhile I would recommend that you understand the concept of self serviced apartments.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Let me give the complete picture. You Checkin to my apartment in the afternoon and then insisted of getting pool view room, while you booked a non pool. After this you immediately checked out, handed the keys to my caretaker and started making a scene in front of security guards at the main gate. We were in constant touch with the MMT regional head and it was proven that you made a scene just coz you wife wanted a pool view room and no delay Checkin was done from our end. I’m sure you are aware that MMT has all the call recording as per the company policy. Also we have cameras installed in the complex which showed your Checkin time and the scene you made resulting in disturbing our guests staying in other apartments. Please note we clarified to you that during power backup only few lights, one fan and switches will work (that’s how Invertor works, but you wanted all the lights to work which isn’t feasible. My staff came twice to the apartment and checked while no issues were found. During your stay you shifted our white goods and furniture causing wear and tear damages , yet we didn’t ask you to pay for them. Even the Wi-Fi was shifted by you which we don’t expect any of our guests to be doing. These are self serviced apartments and to be treated accordingly. During your stay our staff come alternative day for cleaning but you denied leaving the keys and made a fuss on checkout day that no cleaning was given - while you refused getting the cleaning. As per the quote , you mentioned the owner abused you, I would like to put it on record such defamatory remakes on us and this is non acceptable. Instead when we were on call with you and MMT representative, you and your wife was using fowl language and misbehaving just for your own personal reason. Again I would like to remind you these are serviced apartments which are fully furnished and guest are requested to follow the policies and rules which are clearly mentioned. Thanks

Dear Guest, Firstly let me remind you, that you called us up at 530am in the morning requesting for early Checkin, which we denied as our Checkin starts from 2pm onwards and the ongoing guests had to checkout as per schedule. We all are aware that 5pm to 7pm is the critical time when we should keep our windows and doors closed to avoid mosquitoes - it’s raining season, and this is something we all do in our homes (but you didn’t wanted to close the door for your own reason and started blaming us) the property is located with many trees and plants just to inform you again. Two mid cleanings complimentary from our end were provided to you. The first one you didn’t take because you forgot to leave the keys in the box, don’t blame the host for this. We have self Checkin process which is very much appreciated by all the other guests coming to our place. It’s zero contact and reduces the waiting time for the guest with physical handing over of the keys. These are service apartments and not hotels, so you would not be having host waiting outside the complex to welcome you. I would request you to please read more about service apartments coz you didn’t book a room in a hotel. As per tourism department it’s mandatory to keep tissue roll and Handwash in the apartment which was provided to you. No where we mentioned any toiletries would be provided to you. Our bedsheets and blankets along with towels are laundry washed, no such issue you mentioned during the stay. But you wanted my staff to give you fresh towels after you had dirtied them with sand (so that’s why you weren’t happy with it as it didn’t go as per your wish. It’s interesting to know that guests have enjoyed their stay in our place with beautiful memories yet you have mentioned all the fake complaints on the booking portal and nothing on our communications. This is because we didn’t give you Checkin at 6am, we didn’t provided you another set of towels and you wanted 24*7 bell boy for the service.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the review. Please note, it’s clearly mentioned on the booking portal that proper swimming wear is mandatory. There is lady pool guard just to ensure the decorum at the pool side, ensuring proper hygiene, environment for the ladies and families in the pool is being maintained. Just to highlight, no concerns were raised by you to us during your stay. During your stay, you had concerns regarding the towels not provided but our caretaker came to the apartment the next day (as you informed at 10 pm in the night) and showed you the towels right inside the cupboard. We also allowed extra guest for the stay, since you insisted that you are a group and would appreciate if we could assist. Please note - the review section helps the next guest to book the place, so giving a low rating just because the pool lady stopped you and your friends from jumping and drinking at the pool with not proper swim wear is not justified. These are self serviced apartments and certain pool rules are laid down for the property to maintain the decorum of the crowd we host. I would request next time please do read the property details well in advance

Thank you for your review. Jio & Airtel are the two mobile companies whose network are the strongest in entire Goa, I can understand the concern but this isn’t in our hands as it’s handled by mobile network. Wi-Fi is provided for the access in the bedroom and balcony area only. Broken shower issue has been fixed - thanks for letting us know.

Dear Guest, Let me provide the actual scenario about what happened on the day of checkout. The checkout time is 10 am, when we called you told us since last night we were partying in arambol so can’t checkout on time and wanted 2pm checkout. We clearly informed you that we have 10am checkout and next guest have to Checkin as per schedule. We had given you time till 11am as special consideration but you reached the property at 1040am and then wanted to use the pool as well. From 10am to 10.40am my staff was ringing the bells and calling you but you were ignoring them. Just to surprise you when there is power cut the fan and lights in the apartment works - so the excuse of tourch light being used is false statement. You also mentioned that your flight is at 6pm and that’s why don’t want to checkout before 2pm. That’s when we told you Incase you don’t checkout by 11am (coz you weren’t at the property, our caretaker will open the door and keep the luggage outside, as we can’t delay Checkin time for next guest. You misbehaved with our security staff at time of Checkin (because you wanted Checkin at 9am) and again at time of checkout(because you wanted 2pm checkout. When you are booking online you need to read the rules of Checkin and checkout clearly. P.S there was no storm or rains in goa on the day of your checkout, I stay in Goa and very much aware of the weather. When it’s your checkout you have to be in the room and be ready to move out at 10am and not make the host run behind you. You stopped even answering the calls. My caretaker kept waiting for 1 hour just for your checkout and that delayed all other cleanings. Follow the rules and you would never face any issues.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your reply. The rules were for the pool, wherein proper swimwear is mandatory as per layout by the association which is already mentioned in our booking site. We offered you with complimentary cleaning but you didn’t wanted to leave the keys with security. Our policy is crystal clear, you leave the Keys with security if Cleaning is required. You wanted the staff to come in the evening to clean while our time of cleaning was informed to you in advance. If you had issue with the property, how come you extended the stay by one day rather than moving out to another apt, isn’t that weird? Please note guest need to read all the rules before they book.
