The location was not good. No vehicle can travel to the hotel. Behavior of the hotel staffs was very good. Food was good but food service was inappropriate. Some rooms are large & clean but some are very small & dirty. The supply of essential amenities was good. There was no security or night guard in the hotel. The name of the hotel has changed from 'riversun hotel mall road' to 'hotel shivam. This made me very difficult to reach the hotel 2 hours late. There is no lift in the hotel.

The name of hotel river sun is presently changed in to hotel shivam. That's why i was totally confused at the beginning. No one inform me about this matter before.

Picture and reality was all different.

We expected to be welcomed. But the receptionist there was not at all polite, didn't offer a parking space no towel, no amenities no water bottle didn't carry out luggage, denied rude. Since it was just a few hours we needed to stay, so we did, otherwise it's not at all recommended for purpose of having fun or enjoy the scenic view.

Location was near to mall road. Kitchen was also available but quality of food may need improvement. I booked 2 standard room but the y provide us 2 deluxe room. Overall my family enjoyed the stay.

D difference between display

There is a lot of difference between room displayed and actual room. Not a good stay. Think before book. Rest is fine room services are so so. But not a healthy stay.

Overall ok but refrigerator is not working. We stay for 3 days but not done. Put a refrigerator as a show piece.

Don't book this hotel. The rooms are small and the conditions of bathrooms are very poor. We booked two rooms for two days and had a terrible experience. We booked the room and are feeling There is a complete difference between what is shown online and the ground reality. Beds were old, bathrooms were dirty, food was not good, no lift facility no proper ventilation. So you will not find the value of money, by booking the poor quality rooms provided here.

Pathetic service from hotel staff. Food is terrible. Rented four wheeler would not go near the hotel. So, you need to walk your way through with your luggage. Room condition was also bad.
