Review Of Hotel Mittal Avenue

The room condition is very bad. There are no facilities at all. The hotel is in terrible shape. Even during breakfast, the staff’s behavior is not good. No one provides any service.

मैं हाल ही में अपनी फैमिली के साथ Mittal Hotel, Ujjain में रुका था, लेकिन अनुभव काफी निराशाजनक रहा। Rooms की हालत बहुत खराब थी — बदबू भरी हुई थी और room freshener तक का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया गया था। Room service और staff response बेहद धीमा था, कई बार कॉल करने पर भी कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। स्टाफ खुद कन्फ्यूज था कि किसको कौन-सा रूम देना है — मेरा रूम दो बार बदला गया, जिससे काफी परेशानी हुई। Reception staff का व्यवहार भी बहुत खराब और असहयोगी था। सिर्फ breakfast थोड़ा ठीक था, बाकी हर सेवा में poor management और carelessness साफ दिखी। 👉 कुल मिलाकर, यह होटल family stay के लिए सुरक्षित या आरामदायक नहीं है। यहां सुधार की बहुत आवश्यकता है — cleanliness, behaviour, और management सभी क्षेत्रों में।

Property is quite old, not maintained properly, damp walls, AC was leaking. Asked helpdesk multiple times to fix the AC leakage but no one bothered about it. They really need to renovate the property else property is not worth the price. They have 2 property with same name Mittal Avenue and Mittal Paradise. Avenue is old property and need renovation as it is not worth the price.

Service was great, staff were friendly. We had great experience and it was near to temple too

Pros: Location is good, close to Mahakaal temple. Breakfast options were few, but taste was good. Cons: Rooms were horrible. Damp smelly rooms. Bed sheets, pillow covers, towels were dirty and stinky.Bed bugs were there. Wash room buckets were dirty.

No airconditioner in reception area(first time I have seen it in any hotel. when I reached at my floor, the dirty towels, bedsheets and other stuff was scattered on the floor lobby. washroom was so dirty, room was even pathetic. there was no water in the washroom and their excuse was that the person in the adjacent room made some changes in the room that is why I m not getting water(bullshit excuse). after an argument they were ready to change the room, but again the prob was their service. I have ordered 3 towels for me and my family but no-one turned up. please never book this hotel, even the lifts were so smelly. don't just book the hotel bcoz they have swimming pool. most of the people were swimming with their under garments and some with all the clothes. it's not safe to swim in this condition. one more interesting thing is that they don't switch on the airconditioner in the restaurant and the excuse was that bcoz it's raining outside .hahhah...

Nice stay nice corporate staff Soo yummy Food and brak fast near to all temple room so clean local transportation near to hotel

ok...the room that was allocated seems to be unoccupied for long....so foul smell was there...the battery of door lock was not working and after multiple reminders it was changed

The staff was friendly and humble, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. However, there were insects in the room at night

rooms are not good fully smelly atmosphere also no curtains in bathroom. if don't have curtains then better covered glass from room side. Interior also not good.
