Property is nice but service is not too good. Swimming pool was not working, kitchen was not opreted with full capacity, food menu is limited.

Yes the experience was quite average the ac was nice and bedsheets,pillows, blanket were clean, they gave water bottles too.... . Although it felt quite old hotel coz the hot water kettle was broken and rusted, the hand shower was not clean, I need to call room service for basic amenities like glass, cups, toothbrush... The chairs were old leather and there was mold in them . The small fridge was working but kinda broken....

Property is good, Rooms are ok but not maintained well. Swimming pool is not working, all taps of washroom and flush buttons are broken and leaking water. No hot water available in room. If you ask anything to them they are giving only one answer that ownership has changed so facing issues. Terrible experience we got and its a shame t Regenta Brand what we are thinking us very good with our past experience in other cities.

Hotel staff was very much polite and supportive, we reached hotel a little early and hotel staff allowed us to check in early without any additional cost. We ordered food there and it was delicious. I strongly re-command the stay in regenta. It has great property, well maintain staff with great and educated staff.

I recently stayed at regenta hotel for a business trip and was quite impressed with the overall experience. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in a bustling area with easy access to major business hubs and local attractions.

Property is excellent,staff was very good service was nice,rooms were large and specious….but property is located far from city otherwise everything was fine

It was a pleasant trip to the hotel, the staff was very cooperative and had good service. The hotel was neat and clean.

We booked 2 superior category rooms. But they gave us one room without a fridge, wooden flooring tiles have gaped up to 25 mm at joints, cleaning is very poor, even after asking them. Although the second room was good. Room service was fine. We decided to get some packed food from outside in the evening but their front office staff stopped us to do so. We asked them that nighter in written policy in make my trip nor you displayed anywhere in the hotel that outside food is not allowed then how can you stop us. Then one of front staff person told us to checkout from the hotel but he would not allow this food. After talking to the manager of the hotel at 9 pm then only he allowed us to do so. It was bad experience for us.

It was really a pleasant stay. The room was very good and food was also very good. Though the property is a little away from tje main city.

The hotel is located away from the hustling and bustling of the city. You feel energized. The amenities provided are sufficient. The vegetarian food has not been very good. I would suggest to the management to go for mosquito control particularly in ground floor, housing the restaurant. Overall, good experience.

The bed and the sofa's were not at all clean. The quilt and pillow covers were looking as if they were not washed properly. We requested for front facing room but they denied and gave room at backside. This was our second stay in this hotel and same thing repeated. There was very less choice in the breakfast menu and it was very costly. The staff was good.

No welcome staff looked like a ghosted hotel. Unhygiene standards at the driveway, dining area (bristo) under going maintenance at the time of guests in the hotel, no warm water for shower. Bug bites in the mattress, poor service would not recommend this as a 4star hotel at all. More a 2star rated hotel

It was really a very bad experience related to room service with brand like regenta. We have booked room with breakfast however buffet option was not available also only few items were available in breakfast.

The stay was average but the property was good. The hospitality could have been better. Layout of the room needs improvement.

I had stayed for one one night but the stay was not good experience due to its remote location and limited complimentary breakfast option and faulty bathroom shower. Staffs behaviour was very good

And nice hospetilty enjoy very much
