Stay was far frm the railway station…. It was common bathroom over there … n there is no such store or shops to eat n buy … vehicle are not much has to wait for long time to caught a auto

I was given worse room ever. The images and the real rented room is totally different. Blankets were teared and fully dirty from all sides no storage, no floor matt, no water supply, and no such other basic amenities provided. The amount you charging is very high, but the class is very low. Everything was worse from checkin to checkout. the rented room was different from images, curtain was fully blur and very dirty, no floor matte was available, floor was full of dirt, no storage was available, there was no proper toilet and bath to excretion. The amount you are changing so high but the rented room was so cheap. I am attaching some images. Please compare, and if possible refund the amount.

Sir kindly Book according to you budget and comfort. rupees for one bed in peek days of pran pratisha ceremony Weekend is enough for what you get sir And mainly all categories of rooms are available premium, dormitory and low budget.So book premium to get all facilities.

I recently stayed at a hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The room service was subpar, and the bed's hygiene left much to be desired. The washroom was in a terrible condition, making the overall stay uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

As per your booking sir, you have booked a dormitory bed where you have to stay with 4 other guests. As it's already told on our website that there is an Indian washroom which is common But you requested for western washroom, so we provided it to you. - INR for a dormitory room on the 21 January date is much cheaper. Another fact is you got delayed in reaching the hotel due to the large crowd in the city for the pran pratisha ceremony. We also managed a person who brought you to our hotel anyhow. Lastly you have booked for 1 bed but there is another person with you . We also ignore that . After all this your expectations for premium facilities on Dormitory price is quite strange . Kindly book as per your comfort and budget.
