This was our second worst experience my opinion don't book this place unless u are desperate and don't want a good night sleep.To begin with the room was way smaller than described in the description and was not at all maintained to the point something which I hope was water leaked from the celling at night on top of me while me and my family were asleep and if that was not enough they set their a/c to turn of at night, even though it didn't have much coolness already and so it did and we were left hot and unable to sleep.All the rooms there are have some kind of maintenance issues and the room was not tidy nor clean as hoped and had an odur to the room which wasinsufferable. The bathroom was the worst.Service horrible.For the price we paid for this was the absolute worst experience.

No hygiene at all, very unprofessional approach by the staff, they did not even offer water bottles, hell lot of mosquitoes

Pls delist the property. No water , no soap, begged for AC , no lock in toilet, dirty room, bed sheet dirty , 3 person room but small bed .

It was good. Location is very familiar. The Property is opposite of Civil Court Saran. Staff behaviour is good especially he asked and offered 1L warm water in morning. Thank You
