During my stay, I encountered several issues that made the experience disappointing. On the first day, breakfast was provided but in very limited quantity. On the second day, we were informed that no breakfast would be available since we were checking out — however, we later received a call saying our breakfast was ready, which caused confusion and inconvenience. Additionally, basic services like room cleaning were not provided during the stay, which is not acceptable for any hotel standard. Overall, the lack of consistency and essential services left a negative impression.

Sorry for the inconveniences sir . Since we do not have a inhouse restaurant, we are providing breakfast from good veg restaurants . U had made a booking for 4 , but stay was provided for 5 people . We did not charge u anything for the extra person also. House keeping and cleanliness is our signature sir. But we make sure it is done only in the presence of the guest . We have restricted our boys to enter the rooms in the absence of our guests. Anyway we are extremely sorry for the inconveniences u have faced . We make sure to provide better service next time
