Prestige Service Apartment

It was a really horrible experience at the property as we couldn't even stay there we checked out in half an hour as me and my wife thought of staying in a place where we could cook on our own and have some great time in a good place after seeing the description we felt it was the place where we are looking out for and booked the property but once when we entered the place we spoke to a person on phone he told us to collect the keys from buliding watchman and get in to flat no 203 so i asked him we were told that there will be a care taker at the stay i couldnt find one here he told us there will be no one here you should be on your own and nxt as it is written in the discription there will be a assistance in helping with getting requierd metiral wot h our money so i asked about who will be getting the groceries to us he told it should be done our own once after entering into the room we found non of the bed sheets were neat and tidy there is no gas cylinder so again we called him so he told us it will be rsdolved in 10 mins kater after 15mins he called us and qsked us to move into 203 you can avail all so we moved in there 1st the sofa was in a bad condition nxt the bed sheets and body spreds were really looking pathetic and ugly and the utensils were not properly maintained and cleaned so finally we felt it was really a bad experience coming herd so we give back the keys to the person who gave us and left the place finally i am waiting to get a proper justification on my stay and waste of my money please do support me my waste in time money and all which i lost

Good rooms clean rooms well maintained

Firstly no covid safety like sanitization of flats being done. The address on mm t is wrong though its just next lane to address mentioned in mm t, its better to call mr. Sandeep and take direction. Mr. Sandeep, the property manager is available on call and is helpful. The flat lacks basic amenities like kitchen cooking vessels, plates, spoons etc so difficult for long stay. No soaps, shampoo and other stuff provided so you need to buy everything so either you pack n bring or you purchase.

Apartment is good but location was not good. We struggled a lot as there was no restaurant nearby and no options of food at apartment. There were also very less utensils and even struggle to get milk to prepare tea. I would not recommend this apartment.

Location is good, huge Apartment with all needed facilities. Covered parking, all restaurant is nearby and they deliver to this location. Care takers are good and rooms cleaned when ever requested. Travelling around Hyderabad from here is easy. Good location for families.

Good to stay with family and request property to have a pantry inside the building will helps.

As this is service apartment it is good but cannot be compared to the hotel service like basic soaps, wash room tool kit you cannot find as in the hotel, 2 bhk apartment is good and kitchen equipment is available so it is fine, but the location has narrow roads if you go with a own car bit struggle to go but you can manage to reach with little effort.

5 of us had booked a 2 bhk apartment for 2 nights and we had a wonderful experience. Firstly, the apartment allotted to us became a 3 bhk one without any request from our side the place was clean, spacious and had basic amenities for a group of 5 bachelors. There's ample parking space. Has elevator facility too. Lots of restaurants nearby to have food too. If you are planning to cook food, then we'd have to get our own utensils and ingredients. A towel for each is provided but other toiletries like soap, brush, paste etc aren't which i believe should have been provided as it seems quite basic. There were couple of plumbing issues in the wash-room that needs to be looked into or else it was all good. In tempted to rate it a complete 5 star but due to lack of toiletries id have to rate it a 4. But maybe during my next visit, it may change.

Precious apartment, however did lack few things like hot water, caretaker doesn't understand hindi and feasibility with cancellation.

Nice apartments with beautiful location and dogs are allowed in this apartments.

Disastrous experience! Wasn’t expecting someone would just shoo you away since he wasn’t providing service as promised in the website. The owner has no basic manners nor common sense. Didn’t provide parking for our car. When asked for refund he was blunt in saying no. Asked him to provide a property with parking to which he said no. The same was with support staff of MMT who also refused to refund my money. I wasn’t even provided an alternate booking and was stranded on the road in the middle of the night at Hyderabad. Never book this property and stay away from MMT.

The House is big enough to accommodate 6 people. It was very clean and maintained properly. Its behind Max Cure Hospital. The road to the homestay is not so good. Other wise the place looks very safe and good. Would recommend it to fellow travelers.

Drawing room does not have an AC, one bed room AC was not working properly.

Huge hotel with good hospitality. Service was nice. The ambiance was classy and luxurious. The flat rooms was excellent and the located on the main hi-tech city. Good value for money. Good cleanliness & service.

Good stay with this apartment. Awesome experience with my family. I will refer this to my colleagues. That was a great trip which I had in this hotel. Very hygienic. Very respective hotel people.
