The location and behavior of staff os very good.

Not safe, area not good, no vehical arrangement.

Hotel location is very bad- difficult to find out the address of the hotel even by local taxi drivers. Car can not go near to the hotel as the road is very narrow and small. Hotel is very old, have to climb the stairs like a hill to go to the room. If you come with lot of luggage it is difficult. Absolute no for older people and people who come with luggage. Very very difficult to find out the location of the hotel. There is no space in front of the hotel as shown in the online pictures. Not even a space for the car to come in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Nice behaviour of the staff. Great cook. Price of food a bit high.

Location is little bit far from the Darjeeling Mall. Breakfast food quality was outstanding. But I have got a two-bedroom accommodation, though I have made a three-bedroom booking. Not properly justified, as far as its costing is concerned. Behaviour of hotel staffs were very good.

Location very far from mall and not in good place. Not clean at all. Always getting bad smell. Food- ok,

No car can access the hotel. No dining hall. Receptionist is highly incapable, always trying to smile out important questions. The distance of Darjeeling Mall is shown very short, which can only be availed by locals through the winding and climbing narrow lanes at times almost dodging by residential buildings, and most importantly without any light in the evening. While going we somehow managed by knocking at the doors of some residences while following the dark lanes. While coming we got lost and finally managed a car with a rent of Rs. 500 while normal rate would be around Rs.100. However, we could be dropped only on the main road and we had to climb up dark lanes to reach the hotel as no car can reach the hotel. This is the reason why our driver from Bagdogra got completely confused and finally stopped at the main road only. The whole stay was more than a nightmare. Food was also below par and there was not a single person to talk and discuss problems, as the receptionist was good for nothing, while the driver given by the hotel was very rude.

Poor cleanliness with bad smell from blankets. Bathroom window broken and size of bathroom is so small we have take standing.

It is just about 4 or 5 minutes from mall. The room is awesome as cloud is frequently visited us. From the roof of the hotel, we could see a Japanese temple. Room service and food quality is awesome. I enjoy it very much. Hope to visit again.

Food was very bad. Very limited options were available to us in food.

Worst hotel of the Darjeeling So far of the mall Road

No shower. No hot water. No exhaust. No toilet paper. Broken window in side the bathroom that led outside buggs get in. Very problematic to use the bathroom in presence of buggs inside.

It's on the downhill which gets difficult to go to the mall Road as it's too steep to climb. The 15 mins walk is too tiring.

Stay was comfortable, the staff was courteous, the terrace was lovely, rooms clean. Only con is the distance from the mall.

Very bad location I left the hotel

Hotel has provided good facilities in executive room balcony, roof top terrace for dining with mountain view, good WiFi speed, big bathroom, TV with good clarity, breakfast good, geyser good, room heater good, blankets, dinner average. Location is very far from mall Road, hotel is uphill with no lift, difficult for elderly family members or ladies.
