PHOUOIBEE HOTEL

Hotel isn't clean and smelly. Water logging in wash basins. Hotel has no parking and the parking arrangements are excessively charged at the rate of Rs. 300/night

the room had a terrible smell,no basic complimentary, food was not worth it,for per night too expensive,

Room amenities were not as mentioned on the website. Room size is also very small compared to the details provided. The room is overpriced for the quality they provide. The wall mount fan is not comfortable.

hotel staff had not even provided drinking water bottles in the room which were essential services. No tea/coffee kettles in the room. TV was not running. There was no bucket and mug inside the bathroom for bathing. The towels were very dirty and unhygienic. We had booked for three days but had to cancel the hotel booking for the next two days and had to shift in classic hotel

Room is not clean no soap their is big spiderweb floor also like walking at sea beach. No door lock.

Hotel facilities was ok, they maintained hygiene, food was good, but the service was little delay. Then hot water was not available in washroom geezer was not functioning properly, that was one main defect i have found, because imphal like cold place it will be very difficult, otherwise we were happy for the stay

On our arrival we were shocked when the hotel management declined the booking through make my trip. After waiting for an hour or more we were sent to a much more expensive hotel for one night (our booking was for 3 nights) and we were given to understand that phouoibee would make the payment. Later in the evening phouoibee called me and asked me to make the payment. I had a harrowing experience without having any confirmed booking for two remaining nights. I followed up with mm t and after wasting several hours of my limited time (and explaining to 7-8 of mm t executives) mm t resolved the issue. Phouoibee people behaved unprofessionally and wasted my time. I also spent much more to find alternative accommodation with a short notice.

Room is good service was also very good if travel-ling with family or couple must select this location as it a in centre of imphal c

The hotel was a 3 star, but facilities were not at all provided as mentioned in the app. The wifi was very poor. It works for 15 minutes only in span if 3 hours. Bathroom amenities were not provided even when i asked for a hand towel. Water was hot only for 10 minutes. No room slippers, no coffee & tea in the room were provided. No kettle. I won't be coming back to this hotel for sure. Food is good & room cleaning was good. Dissapppointed by the service.

All facilities like taxi stand very near but nothing chaos i have seen. .

The hotel and make my trip both refused to honour the booking. Even no one bother to find a alternative accommodation in the night. My suggestion never use make my trip or this hotel as neither they are fit to be human or fit to do business. The best part is even after informing the refusal to entertain booking by hotel the portal is asking how was the stay.

It was at the heart of the city and easy to access around the city

Good location but food was average, i booked room with breakfast and dinner but they have charged me and only 450 have been deducted from dinner amount.

Soup was perfect. Food was good. But lacked hygiene. False smell everywhere. Didn’t provide buckets in toilets.

The hotel is located at a prime location and is well-connected with autos, buses and taxis. It is a walkable distance from than-gal bazaar and kangla fort. The rooms were clean and decently spacious. It is safe for couple as well as solo travellers. The staff are very helpful, courteous, and they speak english. The rooftop restaurant has a great view and is a very chill place to spend your evenings.

Staying here was a good experience food is ok but highly priced

Staffs are really well trained, and is very humble

I liked the hotel for their service for our short trip with my brother. I guess our timing wasn't that great as the country was going through Covid-19 issue. Would like to mention Ambedkar who is a smart chef from the restaurant at 4th floor they have, he was humble and informative. Also, their other staffs are very friendly starting from reception, house keeping, room service etc. Sorry, don't remember all their names though.
