Vintage Residency

Vintage Residency was good few years ago but now seems the quality of the room is very poor especially the bathroom is not at all neat and clean.

Hotel is not maintained. Closets and walls are broken. Air conditioner not working well. Fan regulator was broken. Overall not a good place to recommend

The room is dimly lit, i had to change 2 rooms. Wifi password does not work, tv doesn’t work. The bed is the worst, one side of the bed is fine but the other end sinks in. Worst stay.

The staff at vintage residency are very helpful and courteous. The service is very good. The rooms are also pretty decent. Overall a good satisfactory stay at the hotel. I remember coming here 2 years back. They seem to have maintained themselves well.

Walkable distance to koothuparambu bus station. Near to thrikkaikkunnu mahadev temple.

It was a nice experience and the entire facilities was so good and the atmosphere as well.

Hotel is at a quiet location not very far from transport hub. I had a pleasant welcome from the staff. Room was clean. Food served in the room was good too. I have nothing to complain.

Good place for all the functions

The room was quite neat and was looking good at very affordable price.

Last minute they told us like our booking already canceled by the hotel, they arranged another hotel having less facility and prices compared to our booking, bad experience

As I have been travelling a lot in Indian for my work, so I know what is a good hotel. All we need in cleanliness, quick service and co operative staff. And all is here.
Not much as things were in proper place and room was well maintained.
It was a good hotel. Stayed with family. No problem with rooms or staff.

I felt my self staying in a star hotel, it was great ambience even though it was not in a big city, in the very beginning I was nervous as the location was 20 km far from the nearest railway station but when I reached there I realized that the same feeling I got when I was in European countries and the experience that I felt were the quite similar to staying here. I wonder a hotel as such built in this area is too much comfortable to those who wanna visit wynad and other hill side areas

In spite of having a festival day and with less number of staff they served us very well. It would have been good if they serve some good quality food. But the breakfast was fine. Very good place to stay at a good price Will surely get back to this hotel only whenever I go back to Kannur. Very much satisfied.
