I used to have a very bad experience. I definitely am not going to use this application from the next time whenever i used to go outside it's very pathetic. I request at least a customer service person call me for the better feedback. It is not only about the discount every time it is about the service which we are getting.

Collection o 810815 hotel is average because i have to struggle for check in and they allot me the room that already person keep their bags on same room they also charge for water bottles and their food is also below average according to the price their food is not worth room was good actually 3 star for only rooms and also i asked towels they didn't send the towels also all i can say room is good but other services are bad
