Behavior of the receptionist is so rude and unprofessional.

He continually disturb me from 6:am morning for check out purpose. They did not clean the room and also not provide room service when you ask for it. Talking way of the receptionist is so bad and manner less. So please do go for this hotel.

stay in hotel for one day only was so bad experience. the behavior of manager and staff was very bad. even they alloted a very dirty room and that was also unhygienic . their behavior was very rudely and said that we do not allot good room because i booked the same. at last i contacted to customer executive and concerned executive namely kriti sagar has helped me and cancelled the room of remaining 3 days and refund was made along with apologize letter.even in one day stay , their behavior was very bad and told that you will have to check out timely 7am sharp and they also told that we are not dependent.this type of experience was 1st in life.even i did not enjoy whole day due to searching of another hotel at least you should not allot room in that hotel from right now.thank you for your kind cooperation with regards.

We were asked to wait for 2hours for check-in, even I reported at standard check-in time i.e. 2 PM at reception we were told that they don't have confirmation from MakeMyTrip. So check-in is not allowed and asking us to shift to "Hotel Shakuntala palace", which is not located near sea beach.
