Room is good. No proper hot water facilities. Food is ok. Receptionist not ok, too rude and doesn't know how to greet the guest.

I recently stayed at this property and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel is located in a very remote and inconvenient area, far away from the main city and any hustle-bustle, which made commuting difficult and time-consuming. While the room itself was decent and fairly comfortable, the washroom was a letdown — it had a persistent unpleasant smell, and basic toiletries like tissue paper were missing. For the price and expectations, this felt quite unprofessional. Overall, not a stay I would recommend unless the management improves cleanliness, amenities, and considers the practicality of the location.

The room is very good, all the room facility is top notch and very pleasant to stay, the room service is also superb. Thier staffs are also very well mannered and polite. One of the best hotels in kanakapura

Room was good but service not good even they not serve breakfast, I asked they told no breakfast available so I went else for breakfast

Everything was gud but its nice but takes to much time at lobby and pantry supply was nt their gud room
