Worst experience ever & rude staff

It was worst ever experience. Hotel staff were not aware of the booking and at first refused to give us a room. But later accommodated us in his guest room. Very rude behaviour. If there is a communication gap between MMT and the hotel why should we suffer from mental harassment even after paying the due amount. I want refund against this booking. Awaiting for your reply.

Nice rooms with splendid view

Rooms are nice with a splendid view of the mountain ranges. You will find snow filled grounds here as it is at an altitude of 2400 meters. However, facilities and services are not of the average rating even. Also, Horse riding to top of Kufri mountain is a wasteful activity for which they charge 380/- per person. Stay in Kufri if you are travelling with friends.
