****ing disaster 30 words are less to describe. In washroom jet doesn't work, no geaser, no fan in room. Why do you have such hotels in make my trip ? this makes your app reputation down

This was one of my worst experiences ever. The hotel was incomplete. Lights and fans were not there. Ac was not working properly. The room and washroom were not clean. Television was in the room but it was not working. The location of the hotel was near the market so the area was very noisy and it was very difficult for me to find the hotel. They did not provide the towels, soap, and sleepers in the washroom and scarcity of the water were there.
