Mansarovar hotel

Hotel must be turned into ashes and be reconstructed. I think it is finished now.

Very poor hotel.

Pathetic cleanliness.

Terribly dirty wash room without wash basins. Broken and junked iron with yellow dirty toilets. Old rooms. Very ancient damaged AC window. Many rooms looks like haunted.

Not as expected, Manager is so loud in providing services and do not give importance to customers .. Drinking water facility is not provided in room. Cleanliness is major issue in the hotel. Monkey interference is there. Stairs are not cleaned. Room windows are not properly repaired

Not to be preferable as toom was not clean, no scented rooma and poor service

Rooms not maintained, electric boards are open, one or two staff only, amenities are very poor in condition.

Worst ever experience never go to hotel. Poor amenities and bad experience. The rooms are pathetic, cleanliness is worst as toilets are worst part of it. Rooms was full of mosquitoes and the worst service ever given by any hotel.

Room are very dirty, bathroom is logged with water. All bathroom has no heater. There is only 3 room with heater. You have to knock someone room and borrow hot water. No hot water facility. Not prefer to stay with family.

I entered the Hotel with my wife on 01 July around 9. 00 PM. The poorly lit ambience prompted me to check the room before checking in. To my horror the room was infested with cockroaches, flying all through the room. In fact the cockroaches even started falling on my shoulder and immediately I had retreat from the room. Sorry, I could not check in the room, as I didn't want to spend sleepless night. When I expressed my inability to check in the hotel people took very lightly and not reacted much. May be they are used to such incidents of and on. I am not in a position to rate, for want of a negative grade in your chart. Kindly arrange to refund the money I remitted with compensation.
