Hotel staff is polite. Rooms are good but need little cleanliness.

Please do not book your stay at this particular location i. E. Krishna avatar in navi Mumbai. It is a very dirty and unhygienic locality. The view and smell that you get from the property especially the room is of sewage and garbage. Forget the surroundings, once you enter the property there was all wet waste and onion peels thrown on the ground and the ground was never washed in i don’t know how long. The rooms were not as shown in the pictures (which i’m sure were clicked years back on inauguration of the place. The linens had stains on it and one pillow case had hair on it. The pillows which were previously white in color were now brown as ever. The washroom was bad. There was poop stuck to the lid of the toilet. The buckets, faucets and toilet was not clean. The drain hole had hair in it. I’m sure they don’t clean the washroom after a checkout. I had to literally buy soap, gloves and scotch b rite to clean the washroom because as per the hotel, they had already cleaned it. The fridge me microwave didn’t work. We booked 3 rooms but 2 cars were not allowed to park inside because the one designated parking slot was reserved for the owner.

Bed sheets and blanket were not cleaned. Also location is not correct more 300 meters far to go. Location not good

It was a good stay on the Navi Mumbai trip. The location was very peaceful and calm. The room was also so cozy and spacious. The owner and the staff were also so very humble and cooperative. The property was suitable for everyone. I will recommend the property to others.
