Good place, good room, good service, good washroom, good location, used online app to go and come here, have to walk for food..complimentary water is given but you get it only once, later you have to pay cash, I stayed for 4 nights and need to make a change for it

Despite booking online, the room provided was clearly among the least desirable—small in size with a very cramped bathroom. It felt bookings are intentionally given the lowest category rooms, which is unfair to customers who book in advance and in good faith. Additionally, the hotel manager was not cooperative when we raised our concerns. Instead of addressing the issue or offering a resolution, the response lacked courtesy and willingness to help. This experience fell short of expectations and does not reflect the hospitality standards one would hope for. I would not recommend this property unless clear improvements are made in both service attitude and room allocation fairness.

worst property , pathetic condition.

it was a pathetic experience. The property is not as been glorified as the photos. This is an old property just barely renovated managed by an uncle . The property does not have a lift. We got a room on the 3rd floor without the lift. The rooms are so small that you can hardly even move inside. there was no drinking water provided till evening. no toiletries, nor even towels or glasses or cup in the room. there was a power cut and we were without power for more than an hour. as the Bf was included on enquiring we were given n option to choose from idli , meduwada or masala dosa any one . we just asked for Masala dosa. the next morning the breakfast which we requested to be served earlier as we had to leave but they mentioned they can't before 9.30 am . finally we received it at 9.15 after a lot of follow up. the waiter comes in and gives us a plastic bag stating this is breakfast. there were no plates no spoons it was as if I was beggar on the street . I refused to have it . and they were not ready to serve tea also in the breakfast. MMK has been asking for proof of all of this. this is just a shame on your part to list a property without verifying and still no resolution on our concerns . worst ever listing . don't even attempt to go there this was not even worth a 1000
