Owner of the property - kashmir orient informed 2days prior reaching that the property has been booked fully. After a conversation he assured me that he will providing an alternative which will be equal/better than the booked property. On reaching, he was there to greet us and show us the new property. Its adjacent to kashmir orient. Good and comfortable stay. No complaints
